Our Story
YNL Bina was started to solve a common problem in Kuala Lumpur: it is hard to find a building maintenance team that is responsive, transparent and able to handle different types of work under one roof. After years of experience in construction and renovation projects, our founders saw many buildings suffer from small issues that were ignored until they became big, expensive problems.
We created YNL Bina to provide a more organised approach to building maintenance in KL – combining preventive maintenance, fast repairs and clear communication so that owners always know what is happening at their property. Today, we support clients across Kuala Lumpur and nearby areas with both ad-hoc jobs and long‑term maintenance contracts.
